Our facility features a full-sized boxing ring, 25 Muay Thai heavy bags, boxing heavy bags, double-end bags, speed bags, and everything you need for both technical training and high-intensity workouts.

We’re also fully equipped with state-of-the-art cardio machines, resistance equipment, and free weights to support strength development, conditioning, and performance goals.
